Mixed culture saison; slow beer fermented with multiple strains of yeast and bacteria, are becoming more and more rare and less and less financially viable for many producers. This is where Laurel comes in. 

Laurel provides access to our most especially unique and earnest beers. These beers are produced in incredibly small quantities and will not be available (other than occasional small amounts of draught) in our tasting room. Beers within the Laurel catalog are primarily single barrels of the most exceptional Saisons we find in our stock. Often they will be refermented with high-quality local fruits, infused with locally grown herbs or flowers, and in some cases will simply stand on their own as true expressions of our own house yeast.
